・in the nightは「夜の間に」と時間の『幅』が意識されているのに対し、at nightは「夜に」と『点』で夜を捉えているイメージ
・in the nightは特定の夜のできごとを述べる時に使われることが多く、at nightは習慣的な行為で使われることが多い
<例文>

上の文でyou've been up all night.と現在完了形になっているのは、徹夜している状態が今も続いている（昨夜からずっと寝ていない）から
You were up all night.と過去形なら、仮眠を取った後や時間が経った後などに、徹夜した事を過去の事として話しているニュアンスになる
「ここが好き」

hereは名詞ではないので、日本語から直訳するようにI love here.とするのは間違い。「ここが好き」はI love it here.が正しい言い方。
